1. The buyer has not received the goods
● If your goods have not been officially sent out, we will give the buyer a full refund.
● If it has been sent and cannot be returned, we will negotiate with the buyer by email. After the buyer receives the goods, it depends on whether they like it or not before deciding whether to reject the goods.
2. The buyer has received the goods
For return issues caused by the order, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and handled by the overseas warehouse. We will contact the logistics company to get the goods back to the warehouse, and the refund will be processed after the buyer returns the goods. We will check whether the returned goods are caused by man-made.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
